Gorge Vista contains 53 lots broken into five phases. Lots in the development range from approximately 7,000 – 15,000 square feet in size, with an average size of around 10,000 square feet (1/4 acre). Lot prices will start in the mid $30s, and we are coordinating with local builders to bring you quality homes starting in the high $100s. Full city services (water, sewer, power, phone) will be available at each lot. To protect the value of all homes in the neighborhood, there will be some design standards and CC&Rs, while allowing for a comfortable level of flexibility to build the home that you desire. In later phases of the development we will incorporate a number of amenities on the site, including walking trails, picnic and viewing areas, and other recreational facilities.
Gorge Vista was approved by the Rufus City Council on May 12th, 2010. We intend to start the development in 2010. Critical to the start date will be our read on the market and the level of demand. Please help us gauge interest by contacting us to let us know what you’re looking for. We’d be glad to speak with you. If we determine that the interest level is high, we will likely build the infrastructure for several phases (roughly 10 lots each) all at once, which will allow for a wider range of choices for views, terrain, and prices. We will be working with mortgage lenders and government agencies to provide buyers with a wide array of information about financing options.
